This Website is designed for education purposes, not as medical, legal or protocol advice.

These terms and conditions are also presented during the enrollment and payment process. At which time you must demonstrate your understanding and agreement to these statements by checking a box. We may revise and update these Terms and Conditions from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to the access and use of the Website thereafter.

Your continued use of the Website following the posting of revised Terms and Conditions means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page from time to time so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.

The information from or through this site is provided “as-is,” “as available,” and all warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed (including but not limited to the disclaimer of any implied warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose). The information may contain errors, problems, or other limitations. All prospective students must meet these admission requirements listed below to be accepted into Emergency Medical Training Solutions Plus LLC.

                  ·Complete a student application online and pay tuition fee.

                  ·Must be 18 years or older PRIOR to the start of skills testing, clinical rotations, and field internships. 

                  ·Have a high school diploma or GED.

                  ·Complete and pass a criminal background check through our contracted service provider. If the prospective student has a                        criminal history and wishes to obtain a certification or license in the EMS Field, they must report it to Emergency Medical                         Training Solutions Plus LLC. and go through our approval process as well as be approved in their home state, as well as with                    the National Registry.

 

After successful completion of an EMS Course through Emergency Medical Training Solutions Plus LLC. The student will be eligible to sit for their National Registry Examination.

Successful completion means the student has:

             ·Completed and passed all the required didactic hours of the course.

             ·Completed and passed all the required psychomotor skills.

             ·Completed all the required clinical and field internship hours.

             ·Received a course completion certificate from the Course Coordinator and Medical Director.

No representations, warranties or guarantees whatsoever are made as to the accuracy, adequacy, reliability, correctness, completeness, suitability, or applicability of the information to a particular situation. All responsibility and liability for any damage caused by viruses contained within the electronic files of this site are disclaimed. This site may contain links to other Internet sites. Should you find a product that you have received from us unsatisfactory, we expect you to be able to tell us why, and of course we will refund your payment according to the following guidelines.

Tuition refunds will be issued on the following refund schedule.

·          100% refund – fourteen (14) or more calendar days prior to first class day.

·          0% refund – the first day of class.

All course drops and refund requests must be submitted in writing to bharnum@emtsplus.com All refunds are subject to an administrative fee equal to 10%.

The language in this Disclaimer shall be interpreted as to its fair meaning and not strictly against Emergency Medical Training Solutions Plus LLC. The terms of this Disclaimer may only be amended in writing by a duly authorized partner of Emergency Medical Training Solutions Plus LLC, with specific reference to this Disclaimer. This Disclaimer constitutes as a supplement agreement between Emergency Medical Training Solutions Plus LLC. and any viewers of this site. 

Once the student is enrolled, the student will receive copies of the policies and procedures as well as other supplemental documentation. Students must sign an understanding of policies and procedures as well as other documentation before being accepted into the class.

Students are required to be in attendance and prepared for class prior to the scheduled start time.

Students will be responsible for active participation during the class. Students agree that in order to remain active in a class, a minimum amount of time must be spent in the virtual classroom and live class and questions must be responded to in a timely manner. Emergency Medical Training Solutions Plus LLC. reserves the right to remove any student from a class without notice for inactivity and it is the student’s responsibility to attend.

Students agree that classes may be cancelled or delayed due to instructor availability, student minimums are not met and/or technical issues.

It is the responsibility of the student to have regular access to a reliable computer with:

     · Current Computer Operating System: Our program can be accessed through many different devices. Please see our policy on system requirements.

    · Suitable working internet connection. Our course uses a web-based learning platform so good internet is necessary. 

    · Current Computer Applications (including but not limited to): Current flash player, a type of PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat, word processor, excel spread sheets, etc. If the student does not have Microsoft Office, Google has a word processor and excel spreadsheet system to use for free.

   · An active email account. Communication in our program is vital for the student’s success. Having access to a reliable email account to communicate with instructors and submit assignments.

No extensions will be permitted, and it is up to the student to schedule their course work, skills academy, clinical and field internships accordingly. No refunds are permitted if the student fails to finish the course in a timely manner. Emergency Medical Training Solutions Plus LLC. makes no guarantee regarding space available, course availability or times, and dates of courses. 

Emergency Medical Training Solutions Plus LLC. makes no guarantee that the student will pass the course, pass the National Registry Exam, or become certified or licensed as an Emergency Medical professional. Emergency Medical Training Solutions Plus LLC. makes no guarantees and is not responsible for the student’s success. It is up to the student to study and understand that they cannot pass with lecture alone. Reading all the chapters, completing all assignments, studying for quizzes and exams, etc. is required.
